Spring is finally here! Can you smell it? It's in the air, gone are the days of layered thick clothing. I would love to wear a shirt and go along with barefeet now even if I did just purchase this long crazy boots hahaha. OMG! It's the outcome of my being an abrupt shopper again. Dang!

It's moi, of course! Have you tried the nail art trend? Isn't it neat? There are hundreds of nail art design to choose, from simplest to boldest but I go with the simple one that I could wear at work. (Please bear, my cam didn't capture the detailed design of my nails duh)

It would take more time than the normal manicure because of the application, drying and heating inside the machine. After cleaning, the nails would be applied with DNA base coat, DNA optimizing coat, the design you picked and lastly the DNA top coat.

Mine was done manually and not by the digital nail printer so I was sitting there for an aching hour.

This is my second try and my first one lasted for over a month , well...not a bad deal for 100cny There you go. See yah!

It's Fashion week in Paris. Designers are allowed to display their latest collections in runway shows where buyers have to look at the latest trends, what's in and what's out. There were really lots of fabulous creations if you love to check out over the net but I was just caught up by Alexander Mcqueen's designs who earned a title in fashion industry as the "enfant terrible" and "the hooligan of English fashion". He was known through his controversial and shocking tactics in fashion designing.

What would I say? hmm...give me my old jeans mama. How about you guys? Love it or hate it.

I couldn't wait to watch this movie starred by Isla Fisher. As Rebecca Bloomwood....a college graduate who land a job as a financial journalist in new york city to support where she nurtures her shopping addiction. You could be like her? I admit, I love shopping but I don't think I'll go beyond my limit. And besides, I don't have extra moolahs to support this addiction hehe.

The movie was directed by J. P. Hogan...a film adaptation of the shopaholic series of novels by Sophie Kinsella.

Forgotten site?

I almost forgot that I still have this site. Okay, so sorry for the whole not updating thing...it's just that sometimes I don't know what to post because I had another blog site that covers almost all in a days of my not so interesting life.
I am thinking of a different category for this time...it could be an art site or fashion site...or kikay site. I think I'd prefer the first, second and the last. All in short! So that you'd not be eating the same dish as you hop from my site to another.
Why something about fashion? Because It's my passion...it's as simple as that. Ups, don't get the idea that I wanted to become a fashion model or the like. Ewww...I am verrry far from it. Shame on me 'no?
I am just inspired of what Coco Chanel said..." I'm not doing fashion...I am fashion" and more from my sidebar, take a read. Hmm, I believe so...! Do you?

Maybe some of you were puzzled what I was blabbing and ranting here. I informed you through my post here that I'll be transferring to this site because I thought akoni would not continue its subscription but after the announcement , somebody deleted my files...and everything in that site without letting me know.

Anyway, I have no time to stomp my feet over it. Deleting that site is not the end of my blogging world. I still have my friends beside me and that is what matters most.

Lesson learned

Okay, I have made up my mind already. I'll be staying in my akoni site. Thanks Ghee. Everything has been cleared and something went wrong because of that one person whom I considered a friend not just a friend but almost like my sister. Sorry guys, I rarely or seldom or never did I post my rants here or cursed anybody. But I just couldn't help. I'm a type of person with a very long patience and understanding. I wouldn't like to retaliate even to a person who is in the wrong. Kahit yata yung magnanakaw na nahuli at binugbog ng pulis kinaaawaan ko pa rin thinking that maybe his family were in need or hungry and he got no means kaya niya nagawa iyon. I just couldn't believe you could do that to me, you can talk to me if that's what you want...there would be no problem to me at all. 'Yun lang naman. Well...you did it once to our friend. I should have learned from it. Anyway, anyhow...I would be fine and would forget everything...which I would, starting from this very moment.

It's Christmas!

It’s really December! How time flies…it’s christmas! “mom, it’s only dec. 1” my daughter Joy told me when I greeted her. Yeah, dudette…I know. Mommy’s excited for the coming holiday season.
December means a lot, hub and I would be celebrating our church wedding anniversary on the 16th, his (hub) birthday would be on 22nd….of course the main reason of the celebration…Christmas day, a family reunion that will be held in our house on the 28th and the new year too. It would be a tiring task but it happens only once a year so I wouldn’t mind. I'd prefer to keep the holiday kitsch to a minimum because the other part of my brain is screaming and reminding me; RECESSION! with echos. I've heard a lot about this recession and economy thing...scary huh!
I wouldn't want to get lavish either as long as it's a fun-filled celebration and the spirit why we are celebrating is still there 'ayt?
Yesterday's hustle bustle.
The weather has been kind, no rain…no snow just a cold temp and biting winds. So got my head start on some holiday shopping and checked out some stuff for “pasalubong” also. Blabbing too much, and oh...I heard the scream again!

Haller! Moi again.

Winter's finally here and know what? I am not feeling good these days. Nope, I didn't catch a cold but err...the cold catched me. Dang!

That doesn't stopped me from updating anyway...hah! If it can't beat me..then it joined me, that is. Talking nonsense? I'm under this antihistamine medication so bear with me peeps, felt dizzy actually....

By the way, I am so thankful with this friendster account because I and my long lost bestfriend Gillian, finally got in touched with each other . We had lost contact for so many years. She was my teeny-boopy days bestfriend . I couldn't find her because she's using different surname since she already got married. I even tried searching his brother's name and there I found her! I learned that She's also searching me all over the net. We're both happy and excited...she's in London , practicing her profession as a nurse in a military base, had two kids but unfortunately a failed marriage. Hmm, that is another story and I am so sad about it.

I still could sketched her pretty face in a snap...just like I did a moment ago. This is the last image that has been registering in my memory. Her teeny days look.

She's beautiful in person, I remember that she was asked to joined a beauty contest but she was too young that time and we just laughed it off together.
Okay...got to jet out here, need to catch some good Z's to fell better.

Hello peeps, here I am again dropping a line. *Sipag ko 'no*? My akoni site's still down and I have no idea when it'll come back or is it coming back? Meanwhile, I'll be lounging here always. Ha! dami ko yatang bahay hehe...
